I think one of the thing that interests me about Catelyn is that while she is part of the story, in a lot of ways she exists outside of the more mythic or epic elements. Instead, she’s part of the audience, almost commentating on events.
Yeah, and when she becomes more mythic she’s … undone. I guess you either like it or you don’t, but for me it was an interesting thing.
